Imagine Outcomes Management System (OMS) is a cloud-based, routine outcome measurement system (ROM) developed by Youth In Need, Inc. (YIN) in collaboration with Covenant Technology Partners. Imagine includes the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS) measures. The ORS and SRS measures, collectively known as the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), have met the rigorous standards set by the U.S. Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and are listed on the National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices (NREPP). 

 

Imagine utilizes a set of proprietary algorithms that produce an expected treatment response (ETR) for each client. Provider feedback messages are also offered as a form of guidance. Among the additional features is a series of assessment measures, service and discharge plans, progress, case management, and psychotherapy notes, data export capabilities, and a statistical package.

 

Imagine (OMS) has been used exclusively by YIN since 2015 and is expected to become available to the agencies, organizations, institutions, and individual providers in 2019. For more information about Imagine please click here
